Life can often be quite stressful. Sometimes it can even be a struggle to incorporate a regular sports regimen and keep up a healthy, nutritious rich diet, all the while maintaining happiness and being mindful. Throw a full time job or parenthood into the mix - it's tough to stay fit and cheerful through it all. There are, however, several ways to balance it all out with a smile. And who better to give us these tips than Annika Zimmermann herself, the author of "Fit and Cheerful".

Not only is she a published author and founding member of BECYCLE, but her day job starts at 2am as a ZDF sports presenter. She lives up to her mantra "fit and cheerful" every day. In front of the cam in the wee hours of the morning and can still lead that happy, healthy lifestyle. How does she do it?
